White Fir Essential Oil White Fir (Abies concolor) has a fresh, crisp scent and is high in d-limonene, a powerful antioxidant. Supportive of the immune system,* white fir can also be used in massage to help relieve discomfort associated with exercised muscles. White Fir has an approximate ORAC of 478,728 (TE/L). White Fir was traditionally used to soothe stressed muscles and support the body's natural defenses.** How to Use: Diffuse for aromatherapy, inhale directly, apply topically to large muscle groups, or take as a dietary supplement. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as goat's or rice milk. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Do not use near fire, flame, heat or sparks. Keep out of reach of children. **Modern scientific research has not yet validated these historical claims. Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are aromatic volatile liquids distilled from bushes, flowers, roots, seeds, shrubs and trees. The Chemistry of essential oils is very complex; each one may consist of hundreds of different and unique chemical compounds. Unlike synthetic chemicals, essential oils are diverse in their effects, no two oils are alike. One of the factors that determine the purity of an essential oil is its chemical constituents. Essential oils are highly concentrated and far more potent than dried herbs. |

Aromatherapy for Improved Health and WellnessAromatherapy is one of many ways you can enjoy the therapeutic benefits of essential oils. When practicing aromatherapy it's vital that only pure, undiluted essential oils are used. Synthetic, perfume-grade products lack the necessary level of beneficial constituents and offer little or no positive effect. |
