led training sessions where we enjoy learning
together and encouraging each other, but we also
can take advantage of the many less-formal ways
to give and receive training as we grow our
businesses together. As one of our team members,
you may expect to be invited to conference calls
about both product and business-building led by
your upline, company trainers, or corporate
managers. We share reliable literature
resources where the written word is backed by
credible research, and sources for email
newsletters are available too.
You
will want to become acquainted with the many
training resources posted in your Virtual
Office. Once enrolled, each member can log
in to their own Virtual Office with their Member
ID # and Password. Company-led training session
locations around the globe are listed under
"Events" in your Virtual Office. These meetings
are an invaluable asset to your understanding
and motivation as a business-builder in Young

will be found there too.

One
training event we consider of highest priority
is our Annual Grand Convention. Highlights
are usually reproduced in audio, video and print
form for those who are unable to attend, but
these formats never convey the tremendous surge
in company and personal confidence that one
receives by being at Convention in person.
It is always packed with health and wellness
information, science, research projects, fun at
the Young Living farm and the chance to meet
with us and learn from others how they are
building their businesses for success.
