Ravensara (Ravensara aromatica) has a spicy, camphorous, warm scent, similar to eucalyptus but softer. The people of Madagascar hold it in high regard. Ravensara scores 8,927 on the ORAC antioxidant scale.

What does ORAC mean?

ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. It tells you the antioxidant capacity of a food item. Antioxidants have shown to reduce the risk of age related conditions and cancer! This was developed by the USDA researchers. For instance: Oranges = 750; Clove = 1,078,700.

Ravensara oil also supports the immune system.

Ravensara oil was traditionally used to support healthy respiratory function.**  Containing cleansing and purifying properties, ravensara is commonly used in meditation.*

How to Use: Diffuse for aromatherapy, inhale directly, dilute with a carrier oil to apply topically.
