Galbanum is referenced in the Old
Testament and was used traditionally to aid with respiratory,
digestive, and nervous complaints as well as spiritual grounding.**
Galbanum (Ferula gummosa) has an
earthy aroma. It was used in ancient temple ritual incense
anointings associated with springtime. Galbanum supports the immune,
digestive, respiratory, circulatory, and other body systems.* It is
also useful as an aid for troubled or mature skin. Galbanum has an
approximate ORAC of 261,826 (TE/L).
How to use:
Diffuse for aromatherapy, direct inhalation, or dilute with a
carrier oil to apply topically, or
take as a dietary supplement. When using as a supplement, dilute one
drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as soy or rice milk.
