3. Begin using the YL products and develop a product story. As the old saying goes, "Facts tell, but stories sell."

4. Develop a list of 20 prospects for your business opportunity. Call them, write them, email them...whatever works and invite them to visit your web site, attend area meetings, and conference calls. (Access pertinent information in your Young Living Virtual Office.)

5. Follow up. On the initial phone call, the main purpose is to determine who is serious and who is simply curious. They will want to know how they can make money with this company? Is the company credible? How much does it cost to get started? Keep in touch with people periodically. A "no" today to the product or the opportunity does not mean the answer will be "no" next month or several months from now. You never know when someone will be in the market for the product or the business opportunity, so stay in touch!

6. Take advantage of 3-way calling with your sponsor or upline leaders and our weekly opportunity and training calls.

7. Study Young Living's compensation plan. As your Sponsor, we'll clarify the ways you can maximize the plan's potential. Listen to the pay plan conference calls and share them with your prospects. You will find extensive information and the conference calls listed in your Young Living Virtual Office.

8. Believe in yourself. Have a positive attitude. Have determination and the perseverance it requires to overcome obstacles and challenges.

9. Decide why you are going to do this? Can you picture the goals and dreams you hold? Have you written them down? Whatever your reason or reasons are, the stronger you feel about them, the more likely you are to succeed!
