A Preferred Customer is a customer who is participating in the Autoship Program with 50 personal volume (PV). There is no fee to enroll with Young Living, and no annual fee to maintain your membership. However, at least 50 PV is required each month to enjoy all the benefits of this program. A Preferred Customer does not build an organization, is not required to give his/her Social Security Number, and does not receive commissions; however, may choose to upgrade to become a Distributor upon request at any time.

To become a Preferred Customer simply choose this option during your enrollment process (order here). You will be prompted to the fact that you must establish an autoship account of at least $50 personal volume (PV). Choose the online Essential Rewards Autoship Advantage program (enroll now) or by calling Distributor Network Services (DNS) 1-800-371-3515.

Essential Rewards members pay a $6.50 flat fee for shipping charges on their monthly order (up to 7 pounds) within the continental US (ground shipping only) and a $10 flat fee for shipping charges (up to 7 pounds) to Hawaii and Alaska.

Are you motivated by the lower shipping costs? Only those enrolled in the Essential Rewards program receive the special FedEx Ground rates of $5 on the first 7 pounds and 50 cents for each pound over 7. (USA only. $10 flat-fee applies to Hawaii and Alaska.)

In addition, savings are created with each Autoship order. As your months on Autoship increase, so do your rewards! For example: If your first month Autoship order is 100 PV, you receive 10 credit points (10% of 100) that can be used for purchasing product. When you reach your second six consecutive months you will earn 15 credit points. In your thirteenth consecutive month, you would earn 20 credit points or 20%.

First six consecutive months earn 10% with a maximum of 30 credits per month
Second six consecutive months earn 15% with a maximum of 50 credits per month
One year and beyond earn 20% with a maximum of 75 credits per month

After participating in the program for 2 months, you are eligible to redeem your Essential Reward Points for any PV product. Call Distributor Network services at 1-800-371-3515 and speak with one of the Young Living representatives. Specify that you are using your Essential Rewards to purchase product. Generally, 1 credit point is equivalent to 1 PV, and the credit points required to redeem a product are generally the same as the product's PV.
